​Instead, each cookie features two delicate, golden pastry shells joined together by a rich, velvety Dulce de Leche filling. Every single shell is individually hand-pressed using vintage heirloom moulds passed down through generations to Chef Ieva, preserving a true taste of Latvian heritage.
