Refund policy

No Returns or Refunds 

Due to perishable nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or offer any refunds once an order has been placed and Delivered. 

Order Cancellation 

Order without a customization can be cancelled not less than 16h prior the delivery time, and has to be requested between the working hours which are 11am - 6pm, Monday - Saturday. Only after the Confirmation of Cancellation from Ievas Table is received, you can consider the order cancelled and the money would be returned to you with a deduction of 10% cancellation charge. 

Order with a customization or catering order can be cancelled not less than 72h prior the delivery time, and has to be requested between the working hours which are 11am - 5pm, Monday - Saturday. Only after the Confirmation of Cancellation from Ievas Table is received, you can consider the order cancelled and the money would be returned to you with a deduction of 10% cancellation charge. 

Same Day cancellation is not offered, no refunds are made for the same.
