Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Account You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. To place orders you may need to provide contact, billing and delivery information; you warrant that such information is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of any account credentials.

2. Products We strive for accurate product representation but product appearance, flavors or colors may vary. We may change, limit or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders and Acceptance Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are accepted only when we confirm acceptance. Payment must be completed before an order is accepted.

4. Pricing and Payment Prices shown on the site are in INR and exclude applicable taxes unless stated. Payment must be made online; we accept Razorpay, UPI, card payments and Paytm. We do not accept cash on delivery. You warrant that payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Delivery and Risk We deliver locally (New Delhi) for website products. Catering and B2B orders are handled pan‑India; contact infoievastable@gmail.com for catering payment terms. Delivery window for local orders is approximately 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the scheduled delivery date; delivery agents may arrive at any time within that window. Once items are delivered to the delivery address or handed to an authorized recipient (including neighbour, security guard or other person at the delivery address), risk and title pass to you; we are not responsible for items thereafter and such items will not be returned to our dispatch facility.

6. Custom, Event and Large Orders Custom cakes and custom-made items require full payment upfront. Custom orders are non‑refundable. Large-event and catering orders may have separate terms; contact infoievastable@gmail.com for details.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

• No refunds on cancelled orders or on custom-made items.
• No returns accepted for perishable goods.
• Cancellations may be eligible for store credit only if made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled order execution/delivery time. Store credit terms will be provided at issuance.

8. Allergens and Food Safety All products are prepared in a single facility using shared equipment and utensils. We handle gluten, nuts, eggs and other common allergens. Although we follow hygiene and sanitization procedures, we cannot guarantee products are free from traces of allergens. If you have severe allergies, do not place an order without contacting us first at infoievastable@gmail.com.

9. Intellectual Property All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to Ievas Table. You may use site content only for personal, non‑commercial purposes and must not copy, reproduce, modify or exploit content without prior written permission.

10. Privacy and Marketing We collect personal information (name, address, phone, email) necessary to process orders and for marketing. By placing an order you consent to use of your contact information for order fulfillment and marketing communications in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing communications as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Third‑Party Services We may use third‑party services (e.g., payment processors). Use of such services is subject to those providers’ terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party actions or failures.

12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses.

13. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your negligence, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

14. Termination We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion. Sections that by their nature survive termination (intellectual property, indemnity, limitation of liability, etc.) will continue in effect.

15. Severability and Waiver If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in force. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Indian laws. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts having jurisdiction where Ievas Table is headquartered.

18. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time; updated Terms will be posted on the Site. Continued use of the Services after posting constitutes acceptance.
